For millions of brick kiln laborers, a single crisis—a medical emergency or crop failure—results in a high-interest loan from the kiln owner. Without intervention, this debt is passed down through generations, effectively binding entire families. Our framework addresses both the immediate hardships and the systemic gaps that lock these families into cycles of modern slavery.
